Booking & Stay
How can I book the apartment?
You can request the apartment directly via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone. We will confirm availability as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum stay?
In high season, the minimum stay is usually 7 nights. In the low season, shorter stays of 5 days are also possible or by arrangement.
When can I check in?
Check-in is usually possible from 4 pm or by arrangement.
Until when do I have to check out?
Check-out takes place no later than 10:00 am.

How is the payment made?
Payment is made by bank transfer or by appointment in cash on site.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is usually required to fix the booking. You will receive the details in the booking confirmation.

Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Is the apartment air-conditioned?
Yes. Both in the living room and in the bedroom there is air conditioning.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a free parking space (garage) directly at the property.

Pets are not allowed.
Is it allowed to smoke in the apartment?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Are parties allowed?
Parties and loud celebrations are not allowed.

How far is the beach?
The beach is about 8 km away.
Are there any shopping facilities nearby?
Yes, there is a small supermarket in the village, other supermarkets and restaurants are about 8 km away.

Do I have to register?
Yes, legal guest registration is required in Croatia. This is carried out by us (eVisitor system).
Can I cancel?
Cancellations are possible according to our booking conditions. You will receive the exact conditions when you make a reservation.
